PERFECT PIPE & SUPPLY is a manufacturer of specialty and custom piping products. Founded in 1988, our capabilities have grown to meet the needs and demands of our customers. All manufacturing is done in-house to insure quality and consistency.

Our current pipe inventory includes:

  • Schedule 40 & sch 80 & sch 160 A53 butt weld black varnished pipe
  • Schedule 40 & sch 80 A106 seamless black varnished steel pipe
  • Schedule 40 Pickled and oiled butt weld or seamless steel pipe
  • Schedule 40 Galvanized butt weld steel pipe
    •
  • 304 & 316 Stainless steel pipe both in butt weld and seamless
  • Schdule 40 Brass pipe
  • Schedule 40 Aluminum pipe (available upon request)

Our threading capabilites include:

Threading 1/8 inch thru 4 inch diameter pipe with the following:

  • American Standard taper pipe threads for general use (NPT)
  • Close tolerance ANPT threads(CTT)
  • Dryseal American Standard taper pipe threads (NPTF)
  • American Standard straight pipe threads for loose-fitting mechanical joints with locknuts (NPSL)
  • American Standard straight pipe threads for free-fitting mechanical joints for fixtures(NPSM)

Because we manufacture our nipples in house We have the ablity to cut nipples to your companies specificed length from close length up to 12-20ft depending on the material. We also control the quality from cutting the pipe to shipping the product. If your company has the material and only needs it threaded we can do that too for a labor charge.

These processes permit us to manufacture swivels of various lengths. You submit a print and we will see what we can do.

Specialty finishes that we can provide include:

Yellow zinc and Clear Chromate zinc platting
Insulation of swivels
Powder Expoxy Coatings & Wet Applied Enamel coatings available upon request.
